Ben cleaned my mum's car at very short notice and did an excellent job of removing the heavy tobacco related stains in the vehicle. Ben was an excellent communicator - I contacted him on Sunday and he squeezed me in the following Wednesday so I could pick the car up on a visit down to Leicester to see my parents.
